High Plank to Downward Dog: 10 sets

Warrior 2 pose: 10 sets

Lunge & Twist: 2 sets of 12

Shoulder Blade Squeeze: 2 sets of 12

 

COOL DOWN with the following poses

Butterfly stretch 

Hamstring stretch against a wall
